Bacon Pasta (i)

Serves 4 (in theory!)

8 slices bacon
25g butter
1 onion, chopped
75g frozen peas
200g frozen sweetcorn
100g mushrooms, sliced
350g dried pasta
150g natural yogurt
30ml orange juice

Grill bacon until crisp. Snip into small pieces.

Heat butter in a pan and fry onion until soft. Add peas, sweetcorn and mushrooms and stir-fry for 5 minutes.

Cook pasta as directed on packet. Drain and add to pan with bacon. Mix over heat for 2-3 minutes.

Mix yogurt and orange juice. Either stir into the pasta, or warm gently and spoon over pasta on plates.

Serve immediately.
