Tuna Lasagne

Serves 4-6 (or only 3, depending on how hungry everyone is)

425g can Tuna
400g can of chopped tomatoes
1 green (or red) pepper, seeded and diced
100g mushrooms, chopped
½ tsp garlic granules
1 tsp mixed herbs
A squirt of lemon juice
Black pepper
An unspecified amount of milk, to ensure there is enough liquid
Grated cheese, maybe around 100g or more if you like.
4-6 sheets lasagne

Break up the tuna in a saucepan. Add all of the other ingredients except the lasagne and milk. Simmer this for about 10 mins. Add milk if necessary to make enough liquid.

Layer in a lasagne dish, with the lasagne sheets, ending with tuna mixture. If the liquid is lower than about halfway up the dish, add a little milk.
NOTE: This recipe needs less liquid than you think. I discovered the hard way that if you add too much liquid, it will boil over and/or the meal will be too runny.

Sprinkle the grated cheese over the top.

Cook at 180°C for 30-40 minutes.
